This policy explains what personal data TodoEnUnClick processes, why, and what your rights are.

Data you enter into the tools

The tools run in your browser. The text, images, files and passwords you enter are not sent to our servers or logged, and they disappear when you close or reload the page. No tool sends its content to analytics services.

Data processed and purposes

  • Technical connection data (IP address, browser, date) in the hosting provider's logs, to serve the website and keep it secure. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
  • Usage statistics with Google Analytics, managed through Google Tag Manager, only if you accept. Legal basis: consent.
  • Google AdSense advertising, only if you accept. Legal basis: consent.
  • Emails you send us, in order to reply. Legal basis: your request and our legitimate interest in answering it.

Retention

Emails are kept as long as needed to handle the request. Analytics data is kept according to the Google Analytics settings (14 months maximum). Your cookie choice is stored in your browser until you change it or clear the site data.

Recipients and transfers

If you accept analytics or advertising, Google may process data outside the European Economic Area with the safeguards required by law (such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses). We do not sell personal data.

Third-party advertising

If you accept advertising, this site shows Google AdSense ads. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites.

Advertising cookies enable Google and its partners to serve ads based on your visits to this site and other sites on the internet. If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es) or the supervisory authority in your country.

Children

The site is not aimed at children under 14 and does not knowingly collect their data.
