Merge PDF

Combine several PDFs into one, in the order you choose.

Runs in your browser

Up to 150 MB per file. It's processed in your browser: nothing is uploaded.

Choose two or more PDFs. You can change the order before merging.

Your PDFs never leave this device: everything happens in the browser.

What it does: Merge PDF

Combine invoices, payslips, contracts or notes into a single PDF in the order you want. You see the first page of each file so you don't mix them up, and you can move them up or down before merging.

Your files never leave your device: merging happens in the browser with pdf-lib, so it works just as well with personal documents and even offline.

How to use it

  1. Choose or drag in two or more PDF files.
  2. Order them with the arrows or by name; remove any you don't need.
  3. Type a different name for the final file if you like.
  4. Press “Merge” and the combined PDF downloads straight away.

Examples

Paperwork for an application

Scanned ID, payslip and rental contract in one PDF, in the order the office asks for.

Quarterly invoices

Twelve separate invoices sorted by name (2026-01, 2026-02…) into a single file for your accountant.

Limits, formulas and assumptions

  • Up to 40 files of 150 MB each; the real limit depends on your device's memory.
  • Password-protected PDFs can't be merged: remove the protection in your reader first.
  • Pages are kept as they are (text, images and size). Fillable forms and digital signatures in the originals may stop being valid in the merged file.
  • No watermark is added and nothing is sent over the internet.

Frequently asked questions

Are my PDFs uploaded to a server?

No. They are read and merged in your browser; you can check by going offline: the tool keeps working.

Can I reorder pages, not just files?

Yes: merge the files first and open the result in “Organize and split PDF” to move, rotate or delete individual pages.

Does the merged PDF lose quality?

No. Pages are copied without recompressing them, with the same selectable text and the same images.

Does it work on my phone?

Yes, on Android and iPhone. Pick the files from the Files or Downloads app; very large documents may take a little longer.
